We work with the customer from the beginning to the end of the project ensuring that they get exactly what they want. It is important to work with the customer, not against them.
When we start a project we stay with the client until the job is complete including any extras they wish to add. Company policy is to not begin another project until the existing client is completely happy with the finish of the work in the contract.
All payments are usually staged and are stated clearly in a pre signed contract.
